Photography Services
All photography services are subject to availability. Session details, pricing, payment requirements, and deliverables will be communicated at the time of booking.
A booking is not confirmed until any required deposit or retainer has been received and the session has been confirmed by Vanessa Brown Photography.
Payments & Cancellations
Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Deposits and retainers may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Vanessa Brown Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Client Conduct
Clients and guests are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Vanessa Brown Photography reserves the right to end a session without refund if inappropriate, threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior occurs.
Images & Copyright
All photographs created by Vanessa Brown Photography remain the property and copyrighted work of the Photographer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Receiving digital images does not transfer copyright ownership. Images may not be reproduced, sold, altered, commercially used, or distributed without written permission from Vanessa Brown Photography.
Vanessa Brown Photography retains creative control over the selection and editing of final images.
Image Use & Privacy
Vanessa Brown Photography may use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional, or other business purposes when appropriate authorization has been provided.
Clients who do not wish for their images to be used for promotional purposes should communicate this with Vanessa Brown Photography in writing.
